README FOUNDER MEETING PACKAGE
This package closes the first BGC × iBLOOMING Web3 exploration phase and provides a controlled transition into founder decision-making.
Meeting: On August 2026 Prepared by: Prof. NOTA Review period: December 2024 – August 2026 Package status: Pre-meeting working package Confidentiality: Internal — Founders and Core Team
1. Purpose
This package closes the first BGC × iBLOOMING Web3 exploration phase and provides a controlled transition into founder decision-making.
It answers five questions:
What was completed during Phase 1?
What did the work and SIMALPHA reveal?
What has not yet been proven?
What should stop and what should continue?
What must the founders explicitly decide?
The primary recommendation is:
Do not tokenize the existing BGC membership, Purchase Credit, Sales Point, reward, pool, or payout system. Continue Web3 Login as independent infrastructure. Shift the next program toward measurable product demand, commerce, access, distribution, ownership, and trust, supported selectively by blockchain and AI.
